Awful installation of doors, jambs all over! The awnings are heavily recessed, from which the plugs on the prefabricated door screws squeeze out a place in the frame. The doors do not adjoin over the entire plane to the sealing rubber bands by half a centimeter (although when buying, they advised it with rubber bands, but that's the point of them if the canvas does not adhere to them ...) The striker plates for the handles were not installed correctly, which made the latch not work, left to redo. In general, in essence, hack work. I will add to your claims. After installation, they reported the problem to the office, to which they replied that it was within acceptable limits - no one offered a replacement, they made an 800 discount from the office. About not correctly installed hinges: they offered to replace them with hinges for more and put something under them to level the plane, hammer "chopiki" into the existing holes and screw it on again - thanks, but this is hack! And who will wait three months for the door? I paid for the installation in full! 3800-600 installation discount = 3200. But then they returned 1400 to me (the installer translated by bank transfer, the receipt in PrivatBank) As a result, the installation cost 1800 + a month of waiting for the doors + a month of waiting for the rework of incorrectly installed locks. Invoice 321. You will look at the general view of the work done: there they cut off the cracks shortly because of this, there is a wave of addition ...

The doors came on time, but (!) First forgot to grease the handles after installation. We turned to them, returned. The lock on the bathroom door initially stuck, it was practically not used, at the moment it does not work, when you press the door handle, the "foot" does not hide, as a result you can enter and not leave. The doors are still under warranty. We contacted twice, promised to solve the problem, we are still waiting. Now, regarding the mesh, installed with a huge gap (apparently incorrect measurements were made) into which insects fly happily. Addition to the review: dear girls office managers, before you complain to your manager about a negative review, send him not only a screenshot of the review, but also the attached photos. So that the client then does not have to listen to his misunderstanding of the situation in a raised voice, and even on Saturday.
