The service is bad! They do not collect pre-orders, they make them wait; they put the wrong name in the order! Work very slowly! For the first time, I waited 7 minutes on pre-order, put an ointment with a smaller volume, as they were in a hurry to collect the order, although they noted that it was already assembled. The second time I pre-ordered my purchase and the second time I waited about 10 minutes, since they did not even bother to collect the order, arguing that many did not pick them up. THOUGH! Nevertheless, they sent a confirmation that the order is ready and waiting! This option was invented for quick \ prompt visits to pharmacies throughout Ukraine, it is extremely unpleasant for me and it is not clear why pharmacists in this pharmacy are so neglectful of their obligations. ???! And then it is not known how long they are looking for drugs and justify themselves instead of apologizing and changing their attitude ...... Extremely disappointed, I do not recommend!

The girls in this pharmacy do not know how to distinguish a sign from a smaller one; they eventually sold an antibiotic that does not match the age of the child, wondering where and who taught you? A shame...
