Prices are very overpriced! For the fact that they simply put the medicine in my tooth they took 250 hryvnia from me. There was a huge queue in the corridor, when I finally got into the office, the doctor behaved very rudely, because he was in a hurry and damaged my tongue with a "drill" for a tooth. Honestly, I almost gave birth from pain! And I have, by the way, the ninth month of pregnancy !!! There is no desire to return to this hospital anymore!

I want to express my gratitude to Bondar Lyudmila Ivanovna, for attention and professionalism. I rarely go, but for many years. With positive emotions at the dentist's appointment, it says a lot. She recommended her repeatedly to her friends and each of them now only visits her office. Thanks to the wonderful doctor!

What is a toothache, there is no need to tell. I want to (and need to) resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I went to a fairly well-known place - regional dentistry on Magistratskaya, 19. I called the registrar beforehand - they said, they say, come and write it on the spot. There were enough people at the entrance on the street (there was nowhere to sit especially) to understand that things were bad. Attempts to inquire did not lead to anything, as someone stood to the surgeon, someone to other specialists. It was the first time I went (in many years, fortunately) to this building and did not even know who I needed to visit, so I decided to go to the registry. But it was not there. No one is allowed to enter the clinic (by the way, why? All the city's admission is free, except perhaps in masks). I'm waiting. Suddenly "someone will come out". And exactly, from time to time, "people in white coats" appeared, or, more precisely, for a few seconds, and it was still necessary to guess about this, since they, in fact, did not go out into the street. Patients should have "behold" them in the passage of the corridor. They summoned people and it was impossible to get anything more from them. "Wait for the registrar!" Is the best answer. Who is he? What does it look like? In short. I have not been able to achieve anything. In the heat of 33 degrees, with a sharp toothache. There was no registrar who could sit downstairs and calmly and sensibly explain the situation. Spontaneously popping out people, sorry, do not count. And there was no information on the door. I was not provided with medical assistance. He was not even "admitted to the court". Therefore, I cannot evaluate the work of doctors. But the job of the administration is easy. It's not a pity that we renamed st. Kuibyshev. It is a pity that the mentality of some of the bosses in this establishment remained Kuibyshev, Soviet in relation to people.

In the morning I came to the same doctor, explained the situation, said that everything was fine, it was a ichor and sent me home. The discharge changed to yellowish with a very unpleasant odor. On Saturday, I went to another doctor: I took out two fragments of a damaged tooth, cleaned the wound, applied medicine, prescribed antibiotics. inflammation and accumulation of pus, but neither drainage nor additional therapy was prescribed. Maybe this is a matter of chance, something individual, but an unpleasant aftertaste and additional costs appeared ...
