A disgusting store, service, and the quality of the goods, a twitchy lady who apparently had only a thought about the quality, I can say one bouquet of white roses stood exactly one night and went to the trash, the roses were in the water, cost 1 PCS. 50 hryvnia in total a bouquet for 750 hryvnia stood for 1 night, called the store the answer "we are not to blame for anything" the question is when will the management to complain the answer "I don’t know" the book of complaints is also missing !!! If you don't want money thrown away, don't buy anything in this store !!!

I bought a bouquet of white roses in this store on 02/15/2020. As a result, when decorating the bouquet, I drew the florist's attention to the fact that these flowers were already sluggish, to which they answered me that they were like that because they brought them in. After 4 hours in the room, their appearance became terrible (the petals dropped, and the leaves themselves twirled and even dried up - there is a photo after and also a purchase receipt). I do not recommend this store because they push in a product that does not match the price (1 rose cost 50 UAH). Awful product .... Not recommended. Better to go to any market than to your store. Horror and deception. To all my acquaintances and working in a taxi, I will not bring a single client to you, and I will dissuade you because you are generally insolent ... They spoiled the holiday and the mood for a lot of money.

The guy bought flowers in the store. Sniffed the worst they had. Flowers beaten, opened an hour later. However, they did not give a check. When they arrived to return, they treated badly, in a boorish way. Therefore, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, and pay attention to what they are selling to you (There were 15 Tulips, of which 7 were in "this" condition. And it cost 500 UAH)

Nice flower shop. Wide choose. Flowers can be purchased for cut and in flowerpots. The prices are not high.
