Worst among visited in Ukraine, but still not cheap

It is good that there is a place to spend the night - there is no alternative yet. I lived in a "junior suite" for 370 UAH / day. In principle - the room is large, two rooms, amenities in the room, hot water is available, everything is in the room, and a refrigerator with electric kettle. Of course, it is clear that the repairs were done a long time ago, but we are tolerant. The only real problem was the cold, though at night it was around -20. The receptionist was given an additional oil heater, it maintained an acceptable temperature in the bedroom.

The rooms are dirty: you cannot enter the shower, because there is rust, hair and dirt. The toilet is not cleaned. The seat is broken. The rooms are cold. The service does not exist, only pathetic excuses that there is no funding. Here you can only change the situation if you completely change the state. The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen in Ukraine.
