In general, the service upset me. The first arrival, the car lasted 4 hours, trying to register my private key (this is a technical issue). Then an official key was ordered from them, for UAH 1,700, as they explained to me, with a link to the car (20 days of waiting). Imagine my surprise when I received the total price: 2700 UAH. Had a better opinion of your service. I will not advise your service to any of my acquaintances. Regarding the answer of the car service. 1. I have no complaints about the deadlines. My claim is that your car service imposes additional uncoordinated services for which it charges an additional fee.

Renault Megan, 2015. I did it in March 2020, everything was fine. I decided to change the oil and filter in October. We did everything. I checked the invoice with MOT and oil change, and it turned out that the price of oil of the same brand increased from 180 UAH per liter to 280 UAH (with a price of 200 UAH in special stores on the Internet). The filter price has not changed. But that's not all, the amount of oil has also increased from 4.5 liters for maintenance to 5 liters with a normal change. Does the employee of a specialized service center really not know the amount of oil that goes to my car? And if you bought more, where is the remainder? Why wasn't it returned? P.S. I always wanted to be served by an official, but a price policy that is disloyal to the client forces me to look for an alternative high-quality and more affordable service

I do not recommend. Before buying, he drove the car to an official RENO dealer for inspection by specialists. I do not have such skills and abilities, the car is also a Renault brand. The masters are not good, they inspected the car (2.5 hours) probably superficially, of all the shortcomings written, only 2 (the level of antifreeze and torn salenblock) and all; and such as torn engine mount standing near the tank with antifreeze, fogging near the EGR valve, engine oil level, quality of the same oil, oil leakage from the drain plug, as well as a slight oil leakage near the turbine, where any faults are visible only from the bottom of the car , but according to the condition in which the bolts were, the engine protection was not even removed during the inspection, the right rear shock absorber leaked ...... they didn't even mention it. It seems that the masters spoke and wrote only about what they were told, by the way, as it turned out, the previous owner also serviced the car on this service. And now trust the official representative of RENAULT in Ukraine.
