The service from the operators was disgusting, they took the money transfer for more than an hour, and so they didn’t take it (when then they went to another department and without any problems we got everything done in 10 minutes). The operator girl sat and simply poked randomly into the tablet, waiting for the more experienced one to come up and do all the work for her. Privatbank sometimes amazes with the ineptitude of employees, it seems that they do not go through a workshop.
