All is well except for one thing - start buying normal, not refried coffee beans. There are no questions to the staff, they try, but you can't make good coffee from refried beans. And it will not hurt to put at least some kind of ventilation or air conditioning. While they are preparing, you have to wait outside, it is very hot inside.
