In the same year, 1817, the building of the Zemstvo prison was erected in Tarashcha, as in a county town. In Soviet times, it housed an agricultural college, known for the fact that it once taught Alexander Moroz. Now the technical school is called agrotechnical college. The building is an architectural monument of local significance.
