I really liked this place. I remember with gratitude the institution when the friendly Karina and Oksana worked. Changing sellers - this usually happens to everyone. I note with annoyance that either the owner let the business run wild, or the staff was underdeveloped. Today the little one came and with tears began to tell that the seller put (as always !!!) toffee in a package, which immediately opened from below and the goodies fell to the floor, because the package was not fixed / sealed on either side. The seller belatedly warned that she forgot to say that the package should be kept wrong - and that's it. When I personally returned the "package" of toffee and asked for the owner's number, the seller could not help me. I understand that everyone is worried about their work. This is a management problem. In addition, do not sell blueberry or cherry pie with a rose for more than 2 days - it blooms. Please take this into account in your work and instruct how to behave to sellers in such banal situations.

Went today for coffee, blueberry tart and quiche. Everything is delicious and a very friendly cashier girl.
