I ordered papperoni pizza through a rocket, brought without declared olives in the composition. + Instead of the claimed sapper sapper, they put the usual salami. Hot pepper was not spared and salt, it is impossible to eat, although pizza itself should be more acidic than hot, due to olives! For the first time I try to order in this institution. I did not expect such a service. Disappointed. I do not advise. I read from the reviews, I was not so alone.

(Addition to the review) A very polite administrator contacted us, asked clarifying questions, explained the situation in the kitchen and asked us to accept a pizza of choice as a compliment from the establishment. We asked for 4 seasons pizza. By the way, and this is a very important aspect (!!!!!), please take into account how much the institution values ​​its reputation, that they immediately reacted to criticism and organized delivery, in fact, outside of working hours. This cannot but rejoice, and a special thank you for that! By the way, the pizza is very, very tasty, juicy and tender. I forgot to say that absolutely all the ingredients, both in burgers and in pizza, are the freshest! I am sure that we will now look into the very establishment for a cozy atmosphere that other reviews say! We decided to order three burgers (since delivery to remote areas is 300 UAH + free) Steak burger, Chicken burger and Firmny (it is, by the way, in the photo). There are no complaints about the delivery - the courier arrived even a little faster than the agreed time, everything was even hotter, for delivery 5+ .. but at the expense of the delivered product - the potatoes, as you can see in the photo, are overexposed, and so much so that I personally scratched my palate with it but that's okay, it was still pretty tasty, especially with the sauce. But the declared products were simply not put into burgers. In the Steak Burger, the meat itself (veal) was tough and rubbery, the pickled onion, which I was personally looking forward to, was absent. The branded one was generally a complete disappointment: the declared egg and bacon were not there, the cutlet had absolutely no taste. The chicken was noticeably distinguished in taste, it was still all right and it seemed to be put everything. The most delicious thing they brought was cheese and good sauce for potatoes. I don’t know, maybe there was a zapara in the kitchen, or someone decided to earn extra money or mixed something up with an administrator, a courier or whoever else, but in any case, this is not the service you are counting on.

Boorish cattle service by the administrator! When ordering a bottle of brandy 0.5, it was brought in a sloppy open decanter. What century are we living in? At the request of visitors to exchange for another closed one, not paying attention to the age category, the administrator in a rude form suggested bringing an empty bottle out of the trash in order to prove that they poured, but did not mix in, which is hard to believe. Yes, it does not matter clean or mixed. In a civilized world in decent cafes bring a drink in a bottle, not on tap! In general, I do not recommend this institution! PS Dear administration, learn how to communicate with people! We came to you, and the client is always right! And we behaved with dignity, unlike you!
