I wanted to buy a battery. Prior to this, I already took the battery several times here and always remained satisfied with both the purchase and the service. The last time I called on the site I wanted to know the availability and price to buy a battery. What I wanted to buy was gone and the phone was turned off. I could not get through. I decided to go and buy a battery already in place, the one that will be available. As a result, I realized that it was my fault that I wanted to buy a battery at this company. When I arrived they sent me. As a result, I was left with nothing, in the rain, in a car with an inoperative battery. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
