I ordered a Bosch TSM coffee grinder. The order was accepted, the terms of delivery were specified, and sent. Came in two days. It was packed as if a glass of crystal, for which there was of course an additional payment, but a whole one, which is a huge plus! I checked the operability at the NP, the documents are in order. This online store - BTMax, is affiliated with another store - Technofavorite. The same people answer the phones. The Samsung QE55Q7FNAUXUA TV listed on these QLED sites as official, in fact, is not. This is a "gray" product with a warranty from the store (at best). But the most interesting thing is that under the guise of new, used goods are being sold. For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that the one who answered the phone call to the number of the BTMax store "honestly admitted" that the goods had been in the window of the partner store for 1.5 months at ave. Soborny, 200, after, was packed and sent to the warehouse. In fact, the state of the remote control indicates otherwise. The TV was used for a long time and intensively. In order not to be unfounded, I am attaching a photo. Whether to use the services of this store, of course, is up to everyone individually, however, my experience shows that this store is NOT CATEGORALLY RECOMMENDED. If, nevertheless, and contact them, then you must carefully choose the product and check it very carefully
