I got into my first accident in my life. CTP insurance. The whole barrel was jammed, scratched. The culprit of the accident was another driver. Immediately on the spot, he drew up an Europrotocol and informed the insured event via the hotline. The next morning the emergency commissioner arrived, inspected the car, noted damaged parts. After 4 working days I was informed about the amount of compensation, which is enough to carry out a quality repair. After another 5 working days, I took the amount. This is my first and best experience with insurance. The service is at the highest level. Thanks to the manager Oleg for the excellent services and the lack of bureaucracy! I definitely advise you to insure here.

And so, my experience of INTERACTION with AHAI (otherwise you will not name it) consists of two insurance cases. On the first one in 2013 there was a serious accident. On which my car (standing at the time $ 10,000 was valued at $ 4,000) and said that repairs are not advisable and that YOU are 28 000 UAH. And for a broken car, that's $ 1900 for you. And the culprit - YOU SHOULD NOTHING. He sued, at the first meeting, they WRONG - and offered $ 4000 for the car. Well, in the Supreme Court - everything is yet to come. And here - "FUN" will again meet with AHAI. The culprit of the accident, I was sure that AXA would pay everything (she also had CIVILK PLUS, CASCO - ALL PACKAGE, good sales managers vparila) ... NOOO - AHA, counted the wear in 50%. And now she has to pay at least 22 000 UAH (this is if WITHOUT trial). And if there is a court, then even more. So think twice before believing this organization !!!

At the beginning of September 2019, our swallow got into an accident, the culprit turned out to be insurance AXA ... And as the expert said, who arrived within 3 days, we were lucky. He kindly described everything in detail, took a picture, and said to wait for the assessment for 2 weeks. After 12 days, there was a decision, positive for us, the amount of damage covered almost all, even without a court decision. They said in BT until the end of the week the funds will be transferred, and Valya in Fri did come. It took 3 weeks to do everything. Promptly, professionally !!! Recommend
