Postmen in the department is not enough. Because of this, newspapers are not distributed, notifications about the parcel do not come. Get the parcel in the mail - the quest. If you do not come, then they have a lunch break, then a technical one, then a day off, then the department works in closed mode. It's terrible, in general.
