A huge building in which there is one window for sending parcels and documentation. At the same time, windows that sell postcards and all kinds of nonsense work nearby. Are you seriously? You see that there are constant queues for sending, and on postcards it is never there (because nobody needs them), make it convenient for people!

This is the worst postal service of all that I used in the vastness of the CIS (USSR). Sending from Kiev to Zaporozhye has been going on for more than a month. For such a period, there probably is no other explanation on foot. The package went from the Dnieper to Zaporozhye for 10 days. Well, this is insanity. Why do you need such a postal service. I suggest who knows how to smartly write, create a petition on the president’s website, deprive the license for the right to transport mail, and transfer it to others more worthy. And then the state allocates huge money for modernization, and this money is simply stolen and that’s all.
