Our family were regular customers of this establishment. We just have no time to cook food and therefore we always use different deliveries and also delivery from the pizzeria "twist and twist". For me, there is simply nothing tastier than Margarita's pizza, and it is far from the price 🙈 but having made an order from 24.02.21 "ADMIN-Anastasia" decided to offer me an addition to the pizza, I chose shrimps. I was not embarrassed by anything, pizza 70 UAH, an addition of 30 UAH, until I asked what weight of the additive, the amount or weight of the speech, and it was strange for me personally. As a result, I was told 50 g. Ok, I got a pizza. True, I never thought that I would weigh these unfortunate shrimps, but. Having eaten the 1st piece, I realized that there are far from 50 declared grams of meat. I took the scales and hang them up. Guys, the weight was 20-21 g, well, ok .. Weight without one shrimp, where is half the additive !? Body kit! So who ?! Your regular customers ?? You are already insolent. If one is declared, put it on as needed! It would be 40-45 g, I would not say a word, but such a body kit is simply unacceptable! So everything would be fine, I sent them to DIRECT a video with the weight of the supplement and asked: "is this normal?" 2 or 3 hours no one answered me at all, after 5 hours they decided to write to me! I quote: "Hello, we weighed the shrimp and it was exactly 50 g, but after defrosting and heat treatment, the shrimp lose weight." Now, explain to me why you do not write the weight of pizza in a raw state, but shrimp is so possible! And yet, what is it, your "Restaurant Administrator Anastasia" allows the client to tell the client "I already wrote everything to you on Instagram." Or whatever is better ...: "no, I don’t like it, don’t take our pizza." Learn to value your customers, and not hang on such trifles and deny the facts! You have messed up.

12/4/2020 I bought a pizza "Hawaiian with chicken", the worst pizza I have not eaten in my life. The dough is raw, the chicken is raw and why add the seasoning "Mivina with chicken" to the pizza, such a purification that they wanted to nail the taste of not fresh meat. To prepare a repetition with the mask deflated, why then wear it at all. In general, I do not advise. It sucks.

Thanks for the delicious food, ordered and after 15 minutes took a very tasty pizza, thanks to a guy named Artem for a wonderful dinner

The pizza is horrible ... for 120 UAH I got a raw dough, the cheese is not melted, and why put scraps of cheese crust ... It's just a shame👎

I liked the place, the staff are very cheerful and polite, I ordered pizza and sushi, the convenient location is right across the street, I liked everything, I will come more often)))
