Really nice and cozy place. Stuff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel is new so it's clean and all stuff works as expected. Room not too big but for night that is enough. Recommended for romantic couples especially if you like to pry how you girlfriend take a shower ) Interesting design.

7.10.2020 extraordinary nice and comfortable new hotel of the Fest-Brand in industrial-loft-design.Very comfy beds and amendities like in a 4star one.Friendly staff,just the Covidiocy at breakfast nerves a bit. GREAT VALUE FOR PRICE! 26.1.2021 very poor soundproof at 705....had to listen 00:20-02:00 every dumb word of neighbors im 704....why to place guests so close if hotel more or less empty???

Pros - interesting architecture and atmospheric interiors. Especially these neon numbers give the impression that you are in a movie. Good location - quite close to the center and a few minutes from the shopping center Forum. Cons - outwitted with room planning. The sink next to the bed looks interesting in the photo, but in fact it is inconvenient, because you will not be able to use it quietly, especially at night. Turn on the light, open the water - wake up your partner. It is good that the toilet is isolated) although for some reason it was noticeably colder than in the room (it was cold outside). The concrete floor in the room was a bit surprising. It is obviously easier to clean, but it is unpleasant to walk barefoot - it is cold at the feet. At the same time in the corridors is a carpet. Another disadvantage - noise insulation of rooms. Unfortunately, at night you can hear a lot of different sounds - some conversations, knocking on doors, etc. The general impression was interesting, but there is no desire to return.
