Firstly, the receptionist was very helpful. We asked thousands of questions about the city and he always informed us. Also, he speaks English well, so we had no problems in communicating. Secondly, the place of the hotel and the rooms were very nice. Everything was clean and neat. Everyone was smiling when they saw us. Finally, their breakfast was also fine. Not perfect but fine.
