Knowing that we both ran out of cards at 04.18, we went up to the department for new cards. They took both cards from us, but after checking we were told that the cards were not yet ready. They gave a phone number and said to call later. On the 26th, I was in the area of ​​this branch of the bank, having called on the phone which I was given no answer. Arriving at the bank in the office, I was informed that, as it turned out, there was a merger or takeover of Ukrsotsbank by Alfa-Bank (I never heard a clear answer). It turns out that it was necessary to open an account earlier in Alfa Bank, order new cards, etc. That is, at the end of April my family found themselves without access to their account. The employees of the department do not work well with individuals. But my story did not end there ...

Currency is almost always there. A tolerable course, almost no queues. The only negative: a local ATM issues at least 50 UAH.

Firstly, it is Ukrsotsbank. Secondly - there is a race for wheelchairs. Otherwise, nothing remarkable.
