We were treated here for two weeks, everything seemed to be fine, the queues to the blood sampling rooms, I do not take into account. On the last day (October 1, 2020), the head of the dispensary department, Volodymyr Borysovych Svyridyuk, organized a queue in front of the hospital, explaining that it was disinfection, which the staff in the middle, as it turned out, did not know. We waited from 8-45 to 9-30 in the yard, when they came to take tests, the workers said that they would not be able to take it, that a blood sample was taken until 9 o'clock, when I said that they did not let me in because there was disinfection, the nurse answered that they have nothing like that in the hospital, that there are quartz times and all. We did not pass the blood test. When we approached the registry office to take a coupon to the doctor where we were treated for two weeks, we were refused and told that coupons to this doctor only through the head of Sviridyuk VB My child and I tried to pass another test (in / h head and under a fluorescent lamp Wood), where I was also told that only with the permission of the head I will take the test. The nurse took me and the child to the manager Svyridyuk VB, who started shouting at me in the presence of my child, about why I am being treated by Lavrushko Svetlana Ivanovna and why when taking the drugs that were in the card, I replied that to Lavrushko SI I was sent from the Children's Clinic, and the coupons were issued to me by the registry, where we were treated for the first time. Then, under pressure from the manager, I asked my son to call my husband, because I began to be afraid of manager Svyridyuk Volodymyr Borysovych. My husband came in, and the manager quietly called a lawyer to his office without warning. After my husband went into the office, the manager changed his voice and began to ask why I came to his office and shouted at him, this conversation, as I later understood, began to record on the phone a lawyer. I replied to the head that I did not come to his office, but came as a citizen of Ukraine to a state institution to receive FREE services according to the direction from the Children's Clinic. Finally, my son and I were referred to another doctor, not the one we had treated for two weeks and not the first, and they had already taken my test there. I have never encountered such rudeness and hypocrisy. How can such a person manage a branch. Whether he wanted money for an appointment or something else, I did not understand, nor did I understand why I could not get to the doctor who treated us before.

08/14/2020 - the mask mode in public places does not apply to the employees of this medical institution. Temperature screening at the entrance is carried out by an employee of the institution in a white coat and also without a mask and gloves. She measures the temperature with a non-contact thermometer, but it is not convenient for her to measure it on the patient's hand, so the thermometer is applied to the skin in the neck area. Patients are also encouraged to treat their hands with a disinfectant solution. A queue of eight people gathered at the front desk, everyone was bought up close, albeit wearing protective masks on their faces. In my opinion: if you want to pick up a sore - visit this medical facility. Although, absolutely all the staff are kindly smiling - this is a plus.

Half a year ago I took a certificate here for the pool. I decided now to share the review, as soon I will go there again. The conditions are really not very, to say the least, inside. For help I pay 50 UAH, it is a little expensive, but the plus is that the result will be in 30 minutes.
