Zhakh service is an unrequited administration. Yesterday 12.12.20 we ordered this bath for 20.20 pm. Upon arrival, it turned out that another company was resting there, which was not going to leave. The mumbled administrator and the same bosses could not ask the company to leave. People, on the other hand, claim that they negotiated their stay and their vacation, that they would extend it. In short, it's a complete trash! Never mess with these people, and theirs bath in order to avoid spoiled mood and not stay outside in the rain, a place to steam in the steam room, as happened to us yesterday. Good luck to everyone, choose only proven baths, and not this one .. but.

The owner says that the sauna is included in the price, but all this is a lie, there is no karaoke, brooms, in general I do not recommend
