I would like to leave a negative review about this salon. I signed up with the master Oksana to cover the nails with gel varnish. The day before the appointment, she herself clarified whether there would be an appointment, and if nothing was canceled, they answered me the entry was valid, come. I arrived at my own time, and there another master told me that the recording was canceled because my master did not go to the robot today, and they did not have my phone to call back and warn (how they record without a phone number is not clear). The girl who was sitting there at the reception just looked at me and did not answer. I just left in an incomprehensible state, without any apologies. I do not recommend the salon because the craftsmen do not value their clients.

I live 70 km from Poltava. I can't make an appointment in advance, since I work plus the road. I applied to "Zlata" three times and found time for me. I am very pleased with the manicure and haircut. The prices are reasonable. Thank you very much for your work.
