I signed a declaration with the clinic two years ago. In October of this year I fell ill, immediately went to the doctor NV Shkitskaya, on the day of the reception (Monday) forgot to say that I needed a hospital, the next day I called the reception to contact the doctor about the hospital, so no one called me back and did not connect. After two days of my calls, I barely managed to get the doctor to call me back, she shouted at me that I was to blame, because she didn't tell me about the hospital right away and opened it on Friday. On Monday I came with complaints about the lack of smell and taste, high temperature, which lasts more than a week, she discharged me from the hospital and said that I was a dreamer, and sent me to work. The next day I re-signed with the 3rd clinic, where they took a test for Covid-19 and it turned out to be positive !!!! This is how they are treated in the Family Clinic, I think that such negligence should be fired, and this shrine should be closed! A separate detail about the reception, at the reception in 3 square meters sit two paramedics, four people in line, with fever, pneumonia, and people come to do tests for Covid-19. The safe distance in this clinic has not been heard of at all!

Clinic with terrible service. I made an appointment with a neurologist at 6:30 pm due to severe back pain, waited for the right time and when they came to the clinic they said to me, `` Sorry, the doctor left for a consultation, you were not warned because the insurance company did not leave a phone number. '' That is, I make an appointment with a problem for a specific time, but the doctor can just leave? I have not seen anything like this. And the lies about the phone number - the insurance company always leaves contacts for all years, if they forgot, they must clarify this in the registry. Even in my situation, there was a way out - to call the insurance company, and they told me (this is if there was a wind in my head when recording and did not specify my name and phone number). As a result, the whole day I was tormented in pain without getting to this wonderful clinic and the insurance company could not arrange an appointment to another clinic because it was too late. I was very dissatisfied, so I never got here. It turns out that even if you pay for the appointment, you can be freely exchanged, even if the appointment time is agreed. Yesterday I signed a declaration in this clinic with a family doctor, and today I already got an appointment! The receptionist was very polite, offered to put on shoe covers and sit on the sofa. Waited less than 5 minutes. After listening to all my complaints, the doctor prescribed treatment, I hope it will be effective! Thanks for the great service! I wish you adequate patients 😉

Terrible attitude towards new patients! Worse than public hospitals !!! Enrolled in Shkitskaya NV at the reception, as I wanted to meet her and find out which specialist before signing the declaration! And it turned out that it was a folded woman who ran out of the office shouting "I will not accept you"! Unprofessional and abnormal behavior in Shkitskaya NV !!!!!!!!

We as a family are declarants in this clinic. Always nice staff. Individual approach to everyone. I am especially grateful for the wonderful attitude towards children.
