The cake is delicious, the customer is dissatisfied. 1. The time of receipt of the order was specified. On the appointed day, I called several times - no one answered or called. I was already beginning to worry that the holiday was gone. She has written to Weiber, Instagram and Facebook. Finally, without apology and explanation, they wrote to Messenger that after 20 minutes it is possible to pick up the order. To which I answered that I would not have time and will be in 30 minutes. How bad I was when 30 minutes later I arrived and received a message that they were 20 minutes late! My baby has a holiday, she is waiting for a cake, all day is painted in minutes and here is such carelessness! After 20 minutes I got the cake and "Sorry", with a bad mood left. 2. The order discussed details that were ultimately not adhered to by the performer: a unicorn cake, had a cookie horn, and was made of mastic (which the child hates). The baby and I were upset .... 3. No one warned that a unicorn's droplets hold that horn in a broken half-tooth! The child nearly pierced his tongue !!! I hope none of the guests who were given a cupcake and were not warned (because I did not know about the sharp toothpick!) Did not suffer .....

This is the place my friend opened. It was nice to them. All clean, nice, the waiters and cashiers are nice and tactful. The menu is great, everything is from sweets to soups, the dishes are delicious. The prices are very democratic: check for two 200 UAH.
