Ordinary bank according to modern standards. It is possible to make a payment through the terminal around the clock. Electronic queue for cash registers and managers. I find it convenient.

I have been using the services of the bank since 2016, this branch since 2019 - without any particular complaints. According to experience, all emerging issues related to servicing accounts (individuals and private entrepreneurs) were completely resolved when contacting the branch. There are no complaints about the staff. Perhaps this is my subjective opinion, but one branch on Brovary is not enough, often there are not very large, but the queues ... perhaps, again subjectively, the situation could be corrected by installing additional ATMs and / or self-service terminals in the nearest shopping centers (Epicenter, Silpo, Megamarket) ...

They drove me out in the rain when I tried to get to the ATM, so my child and I waited for 5 minutes outside in the rain until they closed the branch. If in another you have the same customer orientation, then my legs in OTP will not be.
