At our service stations you can regularly meet the divorce of the client and Hermes is no exception! At the station there is a rule - the cost of spare parts replacement service increases by 20% if the customer brings his spare part. And it sounds logical, but managers do not warn that they will raise prices by 20% for absolutely all services provided on this day, including the replacement of spare parts purchased from them, if you bring at least one part of your own. I was given Computer Diagnostics, Brake System Diagnostics, Brake Shoe Replacement (I bought the pads from Hermes) and asked to additionally replace the alternator belt I had bought earlier. And voila 🪄 Due to the fact that the belt was not bought from Hermes, I was additionally charged + 20% to all the above services (in the photo circled in red). What is the relationship between the replacement of pads or a computer. diagnostics to a belt could not explain to me. But instead of knocking out the works in separate outfits, Hermes explains that this is how their program works and there is nothing they can do. "Pay +20 and be healthy." In the same place, they knocked down an additional 130 hryvnias, which I would not have paid if I had not ordered an additional paid service to replace the belt. Absurdity! 🤯 You increase the check for the company, and you get extra payments for it. I wonder if the owner of the Hermes service station would like such a "loyalty system" if he were in the client's place ⁉️ The only thing I can note on the positive side is the electrician - a sensible guy who will identify the problem, eliminate it, and explain everything. He helped me more than once. But after such an incident, I basically no longer plan to go to this office❗

On January 21, we were in Lviv and used the services of this car service. The rating is excellent! the guys are just great, they worked as a team, took into account all the subtleties of the repair, stayed to work after hours - until they completed the auto repair. Above all praise! Special thanks to Yuri - a very attentive master about electronics! Respect! If we recommend the Renault service center, then only this Hermes center !!!

12/29/2020 Today they called me from the service, it seems their director called. He was very dissatisfied with my review and believed that they did everything right. The line of proof of rightness is built on the fact that this has never happened before and they could not assume that this could happen. The point is that if the candles are new and they ring, then they are 100% working. In principle, it sounds logical. Well, since the candles are in order, all the rest of the work was done, which cost an additional 4000 UAH. Our conversation was not short and at first had a rather negative character. The problem was called difficult, but they still solved it, and I didn't even say anything about it in my review. Well, I’m saying, they solved the problem of a bad launch. :) Removing the fuel injectors, the starter, cleaning the USR is a side-intermediate procedure that led to the idea that you need to look elsewhere (that is, in the candles). By the end of the conversation, I admitted that the logic of their actions was not completely wrong and that I had a negative aftertaste primarily from the way everything was presented, and not from the result as such. Perhaps if they had kept me informed in more detail, if at the end they had not silently changed the candles to a non-original, which does not suit me, even if it works at the moment, if they immediately told everything as it was, and not just presented with the fact that the work for 8500 UAH done, if you please pay, then my review would be completely different. Service acknowledged that in such a situation, they should have behaved somehow differently, more openly and transparently. Monetary compensation was offered, which I refused. They also offered to come to their service, where they will serve me as the dearest client :) Changing the rating from one star to three. Because they read reviews, because they called and decided to explain themselves. Because it felt like an apology in the end, albeit veiled. 12/21/2020 I came to them with the problem of a bad cold start. He told me that there were mistakes in glow plugs, after which I changed them and it got worse. He also described that the car can be started cold only if the candles are heated several times before starting. They poked around a bit and said that the car should be left overnight so that it cooled down and they could check the candles already on a cold one. It was immediately announced by them that the problem may be in the pressure drop on the pump, to which I expressed my doubts, reminding once again that it is possible to start only if the candles are heated several times. The very next day I was told that everything was in order with the candles and most likely it was the nozzles or the starter. They also cleaned the EGR, but this did not work. I agreed to dismantle and diagnose all this at the stand. I brought the car on Tuesday. On Friday night, I was told that everything had been cleaned up, tuned, diagnosed and put in place. The car started, but only with their battery. Mine allegedly does not feel very well. I did not agree to replace the battery, I said that I would change it myself, let them figure out for sure that everything works using their own battery. They offered to pick up the car, as everything seemed to be normal, but I did not have such an opportunity. As a result, the car remained with them until Monday. On Monday, they called me back and said that the car would now start without problems, but there was one more nuance that they would tell me about on the spot. They found out this nuance only on Monday. That is, on Friday, if I took the car, the problem would not have been eliminated at all. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that it would not start, ATTENTION, due to inoperative glow plugs. They changed to others and the problem was resolved. For all the work I was charged 8500 UAH. (this is true with the replacement of springs and silent blocks). However, after calculating how much the work cost that was not needed by anyone, I found almost 4000 UAH. superfluous in this amount. I didn't get any discounts or banal apologies from them. They did not admit their guilt, saying only "Well, who could know ...". In total, the diagnosis of faulty glow plugs and their replacement takes almost 7 days and costs about 4000 UAH.

The problem with oil leakage is solved !!! The administration treats each client responsibly !!! Masters do everything quickly in a short period of time !! At the prices for work mainly as for all hundred It is very convenient that the spare parts are all in place Save your time !!! One hundred Hermes I recommend !!!
