To ask if I can top up the card by number, there was a queue of 40 minutes. There is no variation by phone number. There is no consultant in the hall, it is impossible to top up the card without it! quite a few problems with payments! I did not like the service, the top view and attitude of the employee, outraged. I am extremely disappointed that I took out a loan in resp. !!!

The service is so slow that: currency exchange 2 hours Consultation: 40 minutes The queues are endless. The staff is very stupid.
