I do not recommend using the services of this company. At the beginning of the summer it was a responsible company, it used their services. At the moment, they probably have too many customers, so they can't do their job well. Drivers became irresponsible. I understand the delay on the road, the man is waiting. But how can you come an hour faster, not warn, and go on? But this is normal for this company

We have been using the services of this carrier for more than 6 years! There were various unpleasant situations: somehow the fuel in Germany ran out, the bus was pushed by passengers :)) yes, there are delays, then the bus cannot be caught with a parcel from Germany, it seems like we agreed that we will call you at a certain time, and you call, and they have been calling for a long time drove through your city. But these are all trifles, since they are caused by the human factor, and it spoils the reputation of any company. Generally speaking, the buses are relatively fresh as much as possible, since it is not realistic to buy a new bus in our country, but the equipment is technically sound. The drivers are mostly polite, neatly dressed, yes there are boors, but these are drivers and this is a separate caste of people, here people are different. It is very comfortable in buses in winter, in summer they often save diesel fuel and turn off the air conditioner and go like in a microwave. But in general, the company can be recommended as a good one and you can ride with them, in our country there are no ideal carriers, these are at least time-tested!

Worst carrier. Flight Karlsruhe - Odessa, the bus simply did not arrive. More than two thousand hryvnia was thrown to the wind, they refused to return the money. Sell.

I don't recommend it to anyone. They were supposed to leave Lviv at 13:00. Nobody warned about the delay, when they called the driver at 12:30 already, then in response they heard that they were still in Vinnitsa, a delay of 4-5 hours. At 5:00 pm we called again, in response - a delay of 4 hours. In the end we left at 22:00 !!!!! And this winter the station had to wait, because no one gave clear information about when the bus would arrive. The drivers are polite, adequate, the bus is not comfortable, compared to other carriers, although the ticket is more expensive, the carrier is not responsible. I do not recommend !!!!
