The parcel was delivered 5 days later, after three days of unfulfilled promises from Nova Poshta; at the same time, the courier indicated the status of the parcel as "Delivered" the day before the actual delivery date. For 20 days, the head of this department ignored the claim, which clearly stated all the data, until I applied again. Despite the fact that the claim clearly indicated the chosen option of COMPENSATION ON THE CARD, the head of the department decided to compensate with promo codes, closed the claim and refused to communicate with the client. Nova Poshta is completely satisfied with this treatment of customers. I would put zero if I could, because there is nowhere below.

Top branch manager! The attitude to customers is superior, with the idea that you owe him. Be prepared to forcibly repack your parcel, possibly without your presence. I advise you to go to department 74, next door. Much more pleasant atmosphere and polite staff.
