I say what kind of nonsense? Where is the paid parking sign, where is your uniform and why is there no barrier? What should I pay for? I am ready to pay 20 UAH, but not to the scammers who breed people. They called a police outfit, well, he began to transfer the barrel, to us that we do not want to rearrange the car to another place. In general, the police are clearly not the first to arrive there, because the conversation turned to "you." They warned that the actions were not legal and left. Parking lot owner! I ask you to establish at least some landmark that parking is paid - a sign, markings, a price tag on the booth. I do not mind paying 20 UAH for parking. The price of norms! But it is very unpleasant when you find out about receiving a service after you have learned that you have been provided with it.
