It turned out that this store, unfortunately, behaves like ordinary fraudsters. When ordering with delivery through the state of emergency, ask to transfer funds to the card (regular transfer). Construction mixtures for UAH 1,700 were transferred to Nova Poshta as "Food Allowances" with a declared value of UAH 150. And at the same time the goods were delivered to state of emergency in the form of garbage which I, of course, refused to receive. After that, the contact persons first said that they would wait for a showdown with the state of emergency, and then make a decision on reimbursement (to resend the goods, the store refused). And then they stopped answering calls at all. Very strange and unworthy behavior. UPD: How to interpret the fact that you did not immediately offer to write an application for a refund, but said that you will make a decision after you decide your case with the carrier? And how to interpret your ignorance of calls? Don't you have to apologize for that? How to interpret inaccurate information in the Nova Poshta invoice? Qualitative and quality condition of the goods has not changed, you say? The fact that part of the same product was scattered in the premises of the state of emergency - is not a change in quantity? 5/6 of the total number of goods was not in the original packaging, could be in contact with water or other substances because of this - is not a change in product quality? Decency and honesty - isn't that about you?
