The queues are huge. Operators are rude. The service is sooo long. For 10 minutes the operator was looking for my package, came and said "oh, this is not the one." I've even come to terms with delivery lines. I'd better overpay 20 hryvnia, but I'll be satisfied. Sucks.

Now at the time of my visit, the operator receives lunch items, but there is no information about lunch time anywhere. There are two ticket offices for all services with a queue of more than 10 people! Write information about the lunch break on the site! A break for those who are not in the course from 12 to 13!

Five people of employees walk behind the counter and freeze. Serves people 1 window. There is a queue. What the rest are doing is not clear.

In general, the service is normal, only the mail itself. The parcel is delivered in Ukraine in 10 days (9 working days). I waited two and a half weeks for targeted delivery by courier until I picked up the parcels myself (having paid the full cost for the service as with courier delivery). It is impossible to resolve the issue of compensation remotely (only a statement at the department, it doesn't matter even if you are with a 6 month old baby, not everyone has grandmothers, dads and husbands who can sit with the child while you knock out your pennies). A low rating is not for the employees themselves, but for the company as a whole.

It's just awful, served for a long time, although in front of me 1 person, rude, do not give parcels
