It’s simple, quick, and I always feel like I get it done right
Sheila was very nice and professional I really felt comfortable during my visit at H&R Block. She made me feel confident since the issues with my identity being stolen last year she made me feel at peach knowing that she can help me along the way with anything pertaining to my taxes. Ana is delightful to work with and my score solely reflects her and not the management who booked a walk in over my scheduled (one year in advance) appointment. I pride myself on being punctual and left somewhere early to make sure I would not be late for my Saturday, March 2nd 12:30 pm appointment. I DID NOT appreciate being told by the manager (twice) that Ana was running behind especially when I found out that it was the manager who booked/allowed a walk in over my appointment. I received many text and phone calls about my appointment until I was able to confirm 2 days before. So, why couldn't I have received a call or text saying Ana was running behind. Waiting 17 minutes isn't the issue it's the lack of business courtesy by the manager that still bugs me.
