I've worked with Chris and the Vacation Rentals staff for years. The care they take to provide the best possible rental experience is remarkable. They want only the best conditions and best rentals for the clients.

Before moving to Bella Vista we rented several houses / townhouses with them for vacations. They were always friendly and helpful and the properties were nice, clean and as advertised. In the last few years before moving up we began to utilize other sources (apps, Internet) since VRI was and still is slow to implement technology. However if you like that old school Bella Vista check-in experience at Town Center you gotta call VRI.

they advertise that they have apartments and houses and coops they have all types of rentals and they don't they don't have apartments for rent because I went there personally when I was looking for my new apartment all they have is like corporate housing and corporate apartments that are furnished and that they rent by the week

We have had family reunions now for 10yrs in Bella Vista. Every year has been great! Always a pleasant experience renting lake homes from here!
