I gave one of the agents a $50 check for the application on a rental and was told “if you are not chosen the money will be returned to you” well unfortunately after 6 months the money has still not been returned. I messaged the agent I had dealt with and asked if the check had been deposited since they hadn’t chose me and was told yes the check was deposited and a check will be sent to you in the mail. Kind of weird why didn’t they just wait and only deposit the one they chose. And yes in the next day or two the money was taken out of my checking account. Anyways I said okay do you have my MAILING address because it’s different and then gave it to her and she said she would pass along to her boss. Weeks went by and still nothing. I messaged again and the agent responds with she will contact her boss and find out where it was sent. Sure enough it wasn’t sent to the address that I told them to send it to. She said okay once it’s returned we will be sending it to the correct one. A couple more months go by and I messaged again and this time I got no response. VERY disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism of this company. Needless to say I am happy they didn’t choose my application, I could only imagine how being their tenants would have been. This began back in April of 2020. Hopefully this review will get their attention and this matter can be resolved once and for all.
