My 95 year old mother was there for about 6 weeks of rehab. Her therapy was successful but the care was inadequate. Quite often her personal hygiene was neglected. For example, I had to remind staff to put on her compression stockings before getting her out of bed. Her face was not washed very often, resulting in scaly patches. Oral care was the worst. Her dentures were not properly cleaned and she wore them caked with blue toothpaste. She rarely had her mouth and gums cleaned, and more than once she went to meals without them in mouth. I reported these incidents to nursing and/or administrators but the same things continued to happen.

A great place. They take good care of my hubby. I feel comfortable about him being there without me. It's nice and clean open light and airy. Downside is It takes me 25 min. to get there. I'd like him closer to me so I don't have to hunt for a ride.

My mother was here for rehab from hip surgery. Charge nurse brought discharge papers. Gave us Tramadol, said it wasn't a narcotic ....then had us sign discharge papers which stated mom was on oxygen, could not lift arms over her head. Follow up with physicians. Mom told her that wasn't correct, she isn't on oxygen and she lifts her arms over her head at physical therapy. Charge nurse dismissed her as if she didn't know what she was talking about. The other charge nurse came by and told her she had the other patients chart. The other 2 charge nursed were friendly and helpful. I have worked in the healthfield for over 20 years and this was totally u called for. Angie, charge nurse was amazing!

The facility has had bed bugs for at least half of the 2016 year. They have been secretly covering it up and spraying while remaining in operation and not informing their residents and customer families. Employees started reporting about having them and now the facility is paying for extermination units to go to employwe houses and treat their houses, in an attempt to stay out of a lawsuit and out of the public eye/news/state officials. This is factual. The current date is 12/8/2016 they should be shut down for this.
