My folks have lived in Bella Vista for 26 years. My father passed away unexpectedly in January. I live 850 miles from BV, and have made several trips there to get things organized. One of the issues pertained to vehicle insurance. I called, expecting to speak with Robert (since that was the only name I had), but Zach stepped right in and handled everything needed with ease, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. He has continued to be my point of contact for any other insurance needs required by my mother, always happy to help, always offering good suggestions. I have been most impressed and can highly recommend this agency, and while I suspect everyone there is fantastic, if you can speak with Zach you will not be disappointed.

Zachary Cate, who works with Robert Lewis, met with us, spoke with us on the phone, emailed us - whatever worked best for us - to come up with a quote for both homeowners and car insurance that we could not pass up. Zach is a young man full of energy and really took the time to go through our policies step by step before we decided to switch over to State Farm. He found us an additional deal with our home burglar detection system and was so clear and concise about everything that was in our new policies. My husband and I have relied upon State Farm for years, for both our auto and home insurance needs. We recently had two trees fall on our house in Bella Vista. Although we have had trees fall before, this is the first time that there was measurable damage. It was an experience getting contractors to remove the tree, estimate damage to the inside of the house, as well as estimate roof and siding repairs. Most of our initial contact was with State Farm adjusters. They left us feeling a little bewildered. One day my husband called the local office to discuss the situation. Zach really took care of us. He contacted the adjuster multiple times to help translate complex reimbursement procedures that are still evolving. Zach gave us his personal cell, and invited us to call him anytime. We feel so much more assured knowing Zach is there to help.
Great Customer Service and very helpful. I have had my Insurance with Robert's office for years and I haven't ever had any issues and they are always great to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for insurance or looking to switch.
