FAILURE= INFERIORnnIs your title policy worth anything?nnNothing superior going on here.nThey failed to meet close date.nDid not have seller sign authorization for info realease on time so payoff could be calculated. Just a basic requirement for any sale that has an existing mortgage.nFAILED TO PROVIDE CLOSING DOC'S TO SELLER.nI had to request docs, then all they could is email.nA basic of any real estate transaction.nnFailure to meet close date impacts buyer,seller and agents. If you are one of these do business somewhere else.

Great service fast & efficient however the closer, obviously new, was in a hurry & didn’t quite explain the numbers. We had to go over the a couple of times.
