Alphy's Family Fishing

Fish! Fish! Fish! Our guide Ralph was awesome. 6 friends travelled from Texas to the White River in Arkansas to fish together and fish we did! We caught our limit and released the rest. Ralph prepared a shore lunch of our own fresh fried trout, fries and beans - it was a well earned meal after a morning of fishing. Go for the full day. Fish. Relax. Laugh. Repeat. Our family visited us here in Bull Shoals recently and about 17 of us went fishing with Alphy's. We all had a great time. The boats were plenty large enough to fish in groups of 5 and everyone caught fish. It is also a beautiful float trip because the scenery is breathtaking. Ralph Chatelain was very professional and made it even more fun. We'll be back in the spring and call on Alphy's White River Trout Guide Service again!

I went on a two day trip with Alphy's last week and let me just say that it was awesome!nI had never fished for trout before,but with knowledgeable guides like Al Boland I was as easy as cutting butter. We started on the White River dock the twenty minute trip down river was beautiful. I didn't have my first cast in the water for 10 seconds before pulling in a beautiful rainbow trout. Needless to say the first day was a huge success I caught 30+ rainbow trout and 2 browns.nnThe second day was even better! Imagine fishing in a t-shirt in November. (I'm from Wisconsin and that just doesn't happen). By this time Albee and I were like buddies. So we agreed to a little guide vs. guest trout fishing competition. I won't tell you who won you'll just have to ask him yourself.
