Leslee Robinson(Derbeck) is a completely lacking any knowledge of Employee Benefits Insurance!nnShe has been rude and unresponsive, and combative with some of our employees and their spouses (both male and female)!nnShe is by far the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of working with for our employee benefits! I would have given 0 stars if possible! She knew less about benefit administration than some of our employees. We are very glad to be rid of her cannot believe we actually paid her. The headaches of having to deal with her were never ending.nnShe truly does not understand the concept of the customer is always right. She has an excuse for everything. I cannot believe she still has a job working with people.nnRun don’t walk away from this group, banks no next to nothing about employer insurance and this one is by far the worst!!!! Do not take an appointment with these people, you will regret it and you will have numerous complaints from your employees.

Need insurance? Call here first! Top notch service, Shelby was amazing, quick, responsive, and called or emailed when she said she would whether she had the answer or not always kept in communication with us and actually got us better coverage at a better rate.
