I want this to be known. This office has done more damage than good to my family. They have caused several oral infections, sensitivity, and thin enamel. I stayed because out of faith. I lost that today. I received a letter stating that because my son was ill and had to cancel we were removed as clients. And was told that we would have to pay $125 fee. I asked the reason for the fee and the front desk receptionist told me that because we don't cancel in time and they don't have enough time to pull people into those slots that I'm being charged a fee. In layman terms because we cause them to lose money theoretically, they're charging me $125 fee to make up for their lost business. The lady would not confirm nor deny when I asked her that and was not concerned about my child at all. I do not recommend going to this office. If you have problems with your children or have last-minute issues that come up; I do not recommend this office because they have no sympathy for children and people that have children.

It's great to know that if you can't make an appointment due to vomiting, they'll never let you be seen again. I'm happy to have learned this before I went into your office and caught someone else's sickness. That is so backwards and ridiculous, I'm sorry, I thought I paid you and not the other way around. I am puking my brains out and you're now refusing me as a patient - because I had to cancel and not spread this flu? You would really have someone in your offices - spreading sickness - than reschedule? You are nasty and a health hazard
