I want this to be known. This office has done more damage than good to my family. They have caused several oral infections, sensitivity, and thin enamel. I stayed because out of faith. I lost that today. I received a letter stating that because my son was ill and had to cancel we were removed as clients. And was told that we would have to pay $125 fee. I asked the reason for the fee and the front desk receptionist told me that because we don't cancel in time and they don't have enough time to pull people into those slots that I'm being charged a fee. In layman terms because we cause them to lose money theoretically, they're charging me $125 fee to make up for their lost business. The lady would not confirm nor deny when I asked her that and was not concerned about my child at all. I do not recommend going to this office. If you have problems with your children or have last-minute issues that come up; I do not recommend this office because they have no sympathy for children and people that have children.

I went here for a number of years, welcoming staff, excellent care and fair prices.

After my last dentist retired, I was leery of finding a new one, due to past bad experiences. However, Dr. Lynch is fantastic, as is the entire staff at this office. I have started taking my kids there as well, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Friendly staff helped create positive experience for my 2 kids. They both love coming to the dentist now :)
