Do not bank with. Chase, after the quarantine is up I will definitely look for a new bank. And I will advocate on people thinking about chase as a bank. Do not do it!

This is my favorite branch. The tellers are really kind, helpful, and friendly. They have a really good team there that have helped me with all my banking needs.nThey also have lollipops. So heck yeah to that.

Would give them 0 if I could.nnSo they froze my account because they needed to verify a check I deposited that was under my husbands name, which I completely understand. At 10AM, I called customer service to provide the info they needed to verify and they had verified everything & confirmed the funds were available as well as the account un-blocked.nnI arrived at 6:30pm, to cash out some money and the teller was about to hand me cash when out of a sudden she informs me she couldn't due to my account being blocked. I told her I had already call customer service and they had verified the check and so on but she said that was not what her screen was showing. She sent me over with the only banker available, who was busy with another client but I was willing to wait since they close until 7pm. The banker comes up to me and tells me she won't be able to help me because she was going to take a while with the client she was. I told her I could wait and she said she was not going to help me afterwards because her shift was going to be over by then.nnI was really upset and asked her to please help me as I needed the money to pay some employees and she still refused.nnI rushed to another branch (Greshams Fred Meyer) and even though I arrived at 6:58pm, literally 2 min before closing, a teller was able to help me with no problems at all!!!

Always friendly and helpful service with a smile. I appreciate the extra effort by all members of the staff to call me by name during my transaction even if it's their first time meeting me.
