Long wait time! Too many buttons to push to get too live agent! Cant reach Local Post Office! 1 hour too long for me to wait!

Slow and deliver my packages one street over all the time. I also get mail that isn't mine almost daily.

If I wanted to talk to a machine and never get to a real person then I would not have called. Bad customer service.

Overcharged me to ship a package. They do not seem very friendly. They building itself is on a one way street and main street so can be awkward to navigate. I usually go to a different post office that does not over charge.nnThey do have everything you need there. The hours aren't bad and it is located in downtown so not far out or anything. Post boxes available as well as shipping supplies.

Just pulled out the second package this month crammed so tightly into my apartment unit mailbox that the contents are broken. The mail carrier doesn't seem to want to walk 30 feet to my door to drop large packages off, instead choosing to jam them in the box so tightly it's hard to even get them out. Will also call to complain to supervisor.
