Dr. Kukelhan is lovely. BUT, I've been a patient for over a year and in that time my appointments have disappeared from their schedule twice. Today they couldn't even find a record of my name being in their system. Where is all of my HIPAA protected information going folks? Very poor record keeping at this office and as a former medical office manager and RN, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this office and the front desk staff's cavalier attitude.

I had a tooth pulled and Dr. Kukelhan and the assistant were great. Their gentle and caring demeanor helped me feel calm.nnAlso, the night guard they made for me is durable and fits comfortably. I recommend Dr. Kukelhan's office 100%!
