Brooke Totman Acting Classes

I've done Brooke's beginning class for film, her comedy acting class, and have now been in the advanced class for a few years. I got an agent during this process and am so thankful to have Brooke in my life as a coach. She keeps me motivated, challenges me, helps me grow. Highly recommend her for any level actor. We have so much fun in class. Her direction for actors in scenes is spot on. She gives great adjustments and the right kind of encouragement.

I happened upon Brooke's classes while at Cathedral Park. Having taken theater as a kid I was excited to sign up for her beginner acting class. Brooke's class was perfect for beginners. Brooke creates an environment where it is safe to be silly and make mistakes. I'd highly recommend her class to anyone interested in acting.

I thought it was important to share a new review. The Review below was my first review and now I want to mention that since then I was given a small part in a Feature Film. It is a small part but to be brand new in the industry and get an opportunity that early on is humbling but I would not have gotten that part if Brooke didn't push me to find what every Actor Must Find in any Performance. ( The Truth ) I didn't even know what that really meant before I met Brooke.nn1st reviewnI have no Acting Experience at all other than some Musicals in High School but it’s something that I have wanted to do ever since then but never took the Leap until I found Brooke Totman’s Acting Classes on line. I was so nervous but by the end of Class, on the “very first day” I was relaxed, confident and just elated. Brooke takes you on a Journey through your inter self that I can’t describe, you just have to sign up and see for yourself.nDon’t think about it, just do it !!

I always wanted to take an acting class , and I’m so glad that I chose this class to take. Brooke was an amazing teacher and coach. The best 6 weeks ever!

I had so much fun working with Brooke and learned a ton! Her teaching style is wonderful. She balances between pushing you while making you feel comfortable enough to really challenge yourself. She is very encouraging and will work with your different learning styles and goals. She is always happy to give advice on what steps you should take. I highly recommend taking a class with her, you will learn so much about yourself in a fun, welcoming environment.
