TriMet Ticket Office

Amazing service with excellent workers! Caring and kind. Of course, sometimes buses or trains are late or things change in the routes. But I have been bussin’ it for 13+ years after I stopped driving and I am always able to get anywhere I need and am never late.nnThe customer service representatives are amazing and drivers are so kind and helpful. This TriMet office specifically is great as well. Super kind people that really want to help and are great at their jobs.nnI have had an Honored Citizen pass for the 13 years since I stopped driving and mine is good for 5 years at a time, so I don’t come to get it updated often. But when I do, the workers are so kind and can figure out reasons for any issues I ever have.

You dont need my opinion on this one its a government building but it does run pretty smooth. Way better then trying to get your good stamps at DHS :)

Ever polite flesh-and-blood Fare Attendant.nWhereupon, they fill my Fare Data Storage Device, with these Symbols of Standard and Generally Accepted Value (cash), or other means, and allow me the comfortable space and time necessary to eludicate and conduct our fare transaction, in a dignified manner befitting a delicate feminine flower such as myself. WHO SAID THAT?

TriMet is a great public resource that I use often and highly recommended. It’s a great way to meet kooky individuals like my self. Sometimes you get to hear other people choices in music, sometimes you get to listen into half of a loud phone call. Sometimes you get to watch someone devour their food like it’s been 2 days since they ate. Most of the time it’s a safe n quite ride home.

The staff member was very nice, helpful and personable (had sense of humor). She was great. It was very quick as well. Only there from start to finish for maybe 3 min.
