First time at the business in years,has really upgraded from the old store. SOCIAL distancing in place but silly if counter help have to come constantly to the customer side. Got my parts quickly. Talked to John on purchasing and newer and upgraded mower for my farm.Found him very knowledgeable on finance and products capabilities. Now the hard part,getting my spouse on board with purchase!!!

Good service on ordering parts, unfortunately didn't disclose the shipping cost added to the recipe.
Not real thrilled with the service department. Called when they ran the add about getting your John Deere serviced for Spring. Spoke with someone and was assured I'd receive a call back so they could come pick up the mower. Guess what...NOBODY HAS CALLED!!!!n**UPDATE** Received message from service department, they will be coming to pick up the mower for service. Will add an additional ⭐ at this time. May return to update again after the mower is picked up.
