The document they provide which helps with all the details one needs for the Chinese Visa is priceless, it saved me lots of time.nnOnce I completed the online order, they called and confirmed everything, included instructions about the Portland drop off location. We went to the location, rode the elevator up, and spoke with the receptionist and it was sent off. Painless. We even got our Visas back early.nnI highly suggest using them for getting your travel visa.

Ok, our Chinese Visa’s came in today with our passports. We got them in less time then we paid, and FedEx delivered them.nnThe service is all online, but the chat was responsive, they emailed updates letting us know they shipped, received, and shipped back. They called us and varified the order details.nnThe local office is simply a drop off contract in the downtown World Trade Center. She printed the label and next day shipped the documents.

Tried to get my passport renewed quickly to get it out of the way, then they rejected it because the day I was leaving was a few months away. I paid $366 and only got refunded $307. Just a waste of time, and $59 less in my bank account. Should've just gone through the post office.

Well I get there Friday at 2:30, website says they are open until 5pm, NO ONE IS THERE. Their name isn’t anywhere in the building, receptionist is out to lunch! Called them several times to only be put on hold by a computer, called an unrelated phone number that was on the receptionist’s desk for them to tell me they are CLOSED ON FRIDAYS! Thanks for wasting my time.

Just don't bother.
